Instant Pot quinoa ingredients and tips

    • Quinoa: any type of quinoa is okay, such as red quinoa, black quinoa, or white quinoa. If your quinoa is pre-washed, you can omit the first step. Washing it is important because it'll get rid of the saponin coating that makes quinoa taste bitter.
    • Water or vegetable stock: both are great, but your quinoa will have a bit more flavor if you use vegetable broth.
    • Serve your Instant Pot quinoa with veggies like roasted peppers, garlic green beans, fried cauliflower, or even veggie stir fry along with some vegan protein of choice.
    • You can also use your cooked quinoa as a side dish or in recipes like quinoa salad.
