Our smoothie challenge starts next Monday, so here it is a new recipe for you guys. As I told you in the last post, we’re going to make a new challenge next week and we’ll have a smoothie every day. This Friday I’ll share with you the shopping list and also the 7 recipes we’re going to use to make our delicious and super healthy smoothies, yay! Just in case you’re not having smoothies on a regular basis, you should probably read this post about 10 health benefits of smoothies, they’re awesome!
This is one of my favorite smoothies because I love bananas and berries, it’s the perfect combo! Besides, it’s made with spinach (my favorite leafy green along with kale), oats and oat milk, which is the milk I usually drink. Hope you like it!

This banana blueberry smoothie is the perfect breakfast smoothie, but you can also have it for lunch or dinner. I love smoothies so much!
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 cup blueberries (150 g)
- 1 cup spinach (30 g)
- 1/4 cup oats (25 g)
- 1 cup plant milk of your choice or water*
Instructions
- Place the banana, blueberries, spinach, oats and milk in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve and your smoothie is ready to drink. Feel free to add any natural sweetener, like dates or coconut sugar.
