Apple Nachos
These apple nachos are ridiculously easy to make and only require 5 ingredients and 10 minutes. A wonderful snack that everyone will love!

- 2 apples sliced
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice optional
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoon peanuts
- 2 tablespoon vegan chocolate chips
Place the apple slices in a bowl, add the lemon juice, and toss to coat.
Arrange the apple slices on a plate.
Heat the peanut butter just until warmed and melted. You can warm it in the microwave for about 20 to 30 seconds.
Drizzle the melted peanut butter over the apple slices with a spoon.
Sprinkle the peanuts and the vegan chocolate chips over the plate as a topping.
Serve your apple nachos immediately.
