Ingredients

  • ½ cup vegan yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint
  • 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • Pepper to taste
