Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 and ½ teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 and ½ teaspoon allspice

Instructions

  • Add all the spices to a bowl and mix until well combined.
  • You can store it in a sealed container at room temperature for several months.

Notes

  • Allspice is also known as Jamaica pimenta. If you can’t find it, just omit this ingredient.
  • I used a powerful blender to grind the cloves and the allspice or Jamaica pimenta.
