Ingredients

  • 15 oz canned or cooked lentils rinsed and drained
  • 10 sun-dried tomatoes 3 oz or 95 g
  • 2 tablespoon tahini
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon tamari or soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • The juice of one lemon

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a food processor or a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Keep the lentil dip in the fridge in a sealed container for up to a week.
