- ¼ cup oats
- 1 cup plant milk of your choice or water*
Place the banana, blueberries, spinach, oats and milk in a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve and your smoothie is ready to drink. Feel free to add any natural sweetener, like dates or coconut sugar.
