Ingredients

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 cup chopped roasted red bell peppers
  • cup chopped walnuts
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne powder
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 4 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • The juice of half a lemon

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. You can also use a blender, but don't over blend.
