Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup unsweetened plant milk I used soy milk
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.
  • Serve immediately, or for best results, cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Cool Mixing Trick. Make sure your vegan mayo is at room temperature before mixing. Cold mayo can be a bit stubborn, but room temp mayo blends like a breeze.
  • Shake, Shake, Shake. Give your dressing a good shake or stir before using. It's like waking up the flavors, so every drop is packed with yumminess.
  • Chill Out. Let your dressing hang out in the fridge for a couple of hours before using. This helps all the flavors get cozy and mingle for an even better taste.
  • Customize the Creaminess. Want your dressing thicker? Use less plant milk. Need it a bit thinner? Add a touch more milk.
  • Adjust Flavors to Your Liking. Want more garlic powder or extra parsley? Add what you like. If it's tangier than you prefer, add 1-2 tablespoons of plain vegan yogurt to balance it out.
