- 2 cloves garlic peleed
- 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon vegan Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender jar.
Blend until smooth and use it immediately as a dressing for a Vegan Caesar Salad or any other salad or as a dip. You can also store it in the fridge for up to 5 days, but keep in mind that the dressing may thicken in the fridge.
If you prefer a thinner consistency, simply add a little water and whisk or blend before using.
- Marinate for better flavor. Refrigerate the dressing for at least 1 hour after making it to let the flavors meld and intensify.
- Chill for a thicker texture. Refrigerate the dressing to achieve a thicker consistency and a more desirable texture.
- Adjust to taste. Adjust the dressing according to your preferences by adding more ingredients or seasonings as needed.
- Consistency. For a thicker dressing, add more vegan mayo. For a lighter dressing, thin it with extra water.
- Adjust the acidity. For a tangier dressing, increase lemon juice. For milder acidity, reduce lemon juice or dilute with water.
