Preheat the oven to 450ºF or 230ºC. Lightly grease a pizza pan or a baking sheet with olive oil or nonstick spray. You could also line them with parchment paper. Set aside.
If you’re using a store-bought pizza crust place it onto the prepared baking sheet or pizza pan. If you’re using our homemade pizza dough recipe, follow our homemade pizza dough recipe from step 1 to step 10.
Brush your pizza with some extra virgin olive oil. This step is optional, but it prevents the filling from making your pizza crust soggy.
Spread the pizza sauce onto the pizza crust.
Drop 1 to 2 tablespoon-sized balls of vegan mozzarella onto the crust.
Top with the veggies (onion, mushrooms, and olives), and add the dried oregano.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Slice your vegan pizza and serve immediately.
Keep the leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 3 days. Baked pizza slices can be frozen for up to 3 months.
