Keep it in an airtight container at room temperature and it will last for months.

To make this poultry seasoning recipe I used dried herbs because I find them more convenient and they last longer, but feel free to use fresh herbs if you want to.
If you don't like or can't find some of the herbs, just omit them or use any other ingredient instead, such as oregano, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, ginger, or even white pepper. It's best to follow the recipe as it is, though.
Although I like to mix the ingredients in a bowl, I sometimes prefer to use a blender so that my poultry seasoning has a thinner texture.
Another option to enhance the flavor of all the herbs is to put them in a spice grinder or a coffee grinder and grind them before combining them into a bowl.
Feel free to make a big batch, as it will last for a really long time.
