Vegan Yogurt Sauce

This vegan yogurt sauce is made with homemade coconut yogurt, but you can use any non-dairy yogurt you like. You need to make this delicious sauce!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vegan yogurt (125 g)
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh mint
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Keep in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
