Homemade Vegan Sour Cream

Vegan Taco Lettuce Wraps with Homemade Vegan Sour Cream. This recipe is ready in only 20 minutes, it’s cheap, tasty, delicious and so easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 1 package firm tofu (275 grams/10 ounces drained or 400 grams/14 ounces undrained)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon tamari or soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
