Vegan Eggs in Savory Recipes
For savory recipes, you'll need Kala Namak or black salt to get that eggy flavor.
In addition, depending on the texture you want to get, you could use tofu or chickpea flour.

Vegan Eggs in Sweet or Baking Recipes
For baking, you can usually substitute each egg with one of the following options:
- 1 Flax egg
- ¼ cup of pumpkin pureé as you can see in this donut recipe,
- ½ large banana (mashed), like what I did in this chocolate cake recipe.
- ¼ cup of applesauce.
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds (this one is my least favorite, I prefer to use flax eggs instead, but I want to have it listed here because your taste may not be the same as mine).
