Hi guys! Hope you’re having a beautiful week. We’re so busy as usual, but so happy because we’ve found a new apartment for the next 6 weeks, yay! It’s really hard to find a place to live here in Cologne, especially short term apartments, but we made it! So, we’re moving next week and it will be really easy because as we are minimalists, we only have two medium suitcases, two backpacks and a few things we’ve bought here in Germany.
We know you guys love smoothies, so we’ve made another one for you. This detox smoothie is made with super healthy ingredients that will help you to clean your gorgeous body, plus it’s incredibly delicious! Pineapple is the main ingredient and I love to use this amazing ingredient in my smoothies, it’s one of my favorite fruits (I also love bananas, oranges and berries).
If you don’t have any of the ingredients, don’t worry, just use another leafy green or fruit. If the fruits are not organic, you should always peel them.
Some of you have asked us the exactly amount of smoothie they should drink, but it depends on your body, your physical activity or if you’re going to have a smoothie as a snack or as a meal. You need to listen your body and eat until you’re satisfied. It’s also important to drink the smoothies slowly, because they are liquid food, not water and you need to eat slow. Don’t drink smoothies as water, it’s not good for your stomach! ?
