To make this vegan coleslaw I spiralized the veggies instead of chop them and I’m so happy! Spiralize veggies are so easy and the salad tasted so good!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 head green cabbage
  • 1/4 head red cabbage
  • 2 large carrots
  • 2 green apples

For the dressing:

  • 8 tbsp tahini (raw)
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Spiralize all your veggies or chopped them finely with a knife.
  2. To make the dressing you just need to mix all the ingredients in a bowl or jar.
  3. Place the spiralized or chopped veggies in a big bowl, add the dressing and stir.
