    5-Minute #Vegan Banana Split | minimaleats.com

This vegan banana split is epic! It's the easiest dessert in the world, I'm serious. You can prepare it in only 5 minutes (even less) and it tastes like heaven. Everybody likes it!

The classic banana split is not vegan, but this version is even better. It's healthier, lighter, refreshing, sweet and so creamy. If you are vegan or have any food intolerance you don't have to give up your favorite dishes, you can always make a vegan version, always!

Banana split is usually made with scoops of vanilla, chocolate and strawberry ice cream, but we've used only vanilla ice cream because it's not easy to find vegan ice cream here in Spain and I really really love vanilla. You can use your favorite ice cream and your banana split will be amazing, I promise!

We've used soy whipped cream, but you can also use coconut whipped cream (you can find the recipe here). We prefer to whip the cream because homemade whipped cream is healthier and has less preservatives and additives than store bought.

You can use your favorite toppings, but we suggest you to use strawberries, walnuts, dark chocolate and chocolate syrup. Banana split is always delicious, no matter the ingredients you use.

You can make your own chocolate syrup with melted chocolate or you can use store bought (as we did). You can also make a healthy version with almond milk, dates and unsweetened cocoa  or carob powder.

You can place 3 cherries on top, but if you don't like cherries, you can also use strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, there are so many options!

This recipe is perfect for summer, you only have to spend 5 minutes cooking and it's so refreshing. I could eat only fruit and ice cream in summer, I would be so happy! That's why this vegan banana split is one of my favorite desserts. I recommend you to prepare the vegan banana split and eat it immediately or it will melt, although it will be delicious too!
