This Vegan Baileys is healthier, lighter, so sweet, creamy and you won’t even find the difference! And it’s ready in less than 5 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup whiskey (75 milliliters)
  • 1/4 cup coffee (50 milliliters)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 13.5 Fl Oz coconut milk (400 milliliters)
  • 4 tablespoons agave syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender for about 1 or 2 minutes until smooth.
  2. Store in the refrigerator and shake well before using.
