This vegan bagel sandwich is ready in less than 10 minutes and is perfect if you want something delicious, quick and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 2 bagels
  • 8 pitted black olives
  • 1/2 cup vegan cream cheese (100 g)
  • 12 basil leaves
  • 10 sun-dried tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Toast split bagel halves until golden brown.
  2. Chop the olives and place them in a bowl with the cream cheese. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spread the cheese over the bottom halves of each bagel and add the basil leaves and the tomatoes.
  4. Top with remaining bagel halves to make sandwiches.
