This Spanish salmorejo and avocado toast is a fresh simple and delectable appetizer. It’s ready in only 5 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 6 tbsp salmorejo*
  • 1 avocado
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. You can toast the bread, but it’s not necessary.
  2. Spread 3 tablespoons of salmorejo in each slice of bread.
  3. Place a half of sliced avocado in each toast.
  4. Add black pepper to taste.
