Ingredients

  • 1/2 mango
  • 1/2 pomegranate
  • 1 cup raspberries (125 g)
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 cup water (250 ml)

Instructions

  1. Place the mango, pomegranate, raspberries, flax seeds and water in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve and your smoothie is ready to drink. Feel free to add any natural sweetener, like dates or coconut sugar or any leafy green to make it even more nutritious.
