Ingredients
- 1/2 mango
- 1/2 pomegranate
- 1 cup raspberries (125 g)
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 cup water (250 ml)
Instructions
- Place the mango, pomegranate, raspberries, flax seeds and water in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve and your smoothie is ready to drink. Feel free to add any natural sweetener, like dates or coconut sugar or any leafy green to make it even more nutritious.
