Simple vegan spread - This simple vegan spread is ready in less than 10 minutes and tastes great. It's good for your health, good for the planet and good for the animals!

There are so many amazing recipes you can make in less than 10 or 20 minutes and this simple vegan spread is one of them. It tastes great and is cruelty-free, so is a win win because is good for your health, good for the planet and good for the animals! ?

I used my Vitamix blender to blend all the ingredients because I wanted a smooth spread, but if you prefer a chunky consistency, a food processor instead.

Feel free to add other ingredients or omit the ones you don't like because this recipe always works, just add them gently and try the mixture because adding another new ingredient. Raw cashews can be expensive in some countries, but you can use almonds or any other nuts. Toasted nuts have a more intense flavor, but raw nuts are more nutritious, you choose!

This was delicious! All the flavors of the ingredients go so well together. I just made a batch and I had to put it in the fridge so I wouldn’t eat it all. Will be making it again some time soon, I hope.

I have just made this recipe and it tastes delicious. Added 2 cloves of garlic instead of one but everything else the same.

Hi Nin! I used sundried tomatoes in oil. The roasted peppers were not in oil, but it's also a great choice 🙂
