Piña Colada Green Smoothie

This piña colada green smoothie tastes just like the adult drink, but is alcohol-free and a super healthy beverage, that only requires 5 ingredients and less than 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup fresh pineapple (330 g), chopped
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk (250 ml)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (30 g)
  • 1/2 cup water (125 ml)
  • 1 banana

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Although freshly made smoothies are best because they have all their nutrients, you can keep this piña colada green smoothie in a jar or a sealed container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Notes

  • We used canned coconut milk. Any other plant milk will do, although it won’t taste like piña colada.
  • Frozen spinach or any other fresh or frozen leafy greens are great as well.
  • If the smoothie is not sweet enough for you, feel free to add 1 or 2 Mejool dates.
