Pumpkin pie spice, super flavorful, affordable, and easy to prepare. To make it you only need 5 ingredients and just 5 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp allspice

Instructions

  1. Add all the spices to a bowl and mix until well combined.
  2. Use it in recipes like vegan pumpkin pie, vegan pumpkin spice latte, vegan baked pumpkin donuts, pumpkin chocolate chip pancakes, or vegan pumpkin pie fudge.
  3. You can store it in a sealed container at room temperature for several months.

Notes

  • Allspice is also known as Jamaica pimenta. If you can’t find it, just omit this ingredient.
  • I used a powerful blender to grind the cloves and the allspice or Jamaica pimenta.
