- 3 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 and 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1 and 1/2 tsp allspice
- Mix all the spices in a bowl until well combined.
- You can keep the pumpkin pie spice in a sealed container at room temperature for several months.
- Allspice is also known as Jamaica pimenta. If you can’t find it, omit this ingredient.
- We used a powerful blender to grind the cloves and the allspice or Jamaica pimenta.
