To make these healthy fresh fruit popsicles you only need fruit and fresh juice. They are ready in only 5 minutes! It’s a healthy way to eat fruit.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh orange juice (500 milliliters)
  • ½ cup blueberries (70 grams)
  • 8 strawberries

Instructions

  1. Place the blueberries and sliced strawberries in the molds and pour enough juice into each mold to just cover fruit. Freeze until solid (at least for 4 hours).
