I've found the perfect healthy fresh fruit popsicles recipe! And it's soooooo easy to make, really, SO easy. You only need fruits and your favorite juice, that's all, and you don't have to add any sweeteners, so it's a super healthy version.
We've used 3 ingredients: blueberries, strawberries and fresh orange juice. It's the perfect way to eat fruit in summer and it's also so refreshing. You only need to spend 5 minutes in the kitchen to make these delicious popsicles and they are so cheap, especially if you use seasonal fruit.
It's a healthier alternative to store bough popsicles (they are full of sugar, additives and preservatives) and this version is 100% natural. If you don't like orange juice, strawberries or blueberries, don't worry! You can use the fruits and the juices you like.
We recommend you to use fresh and natural juices, they are full of vitamins and minerals and they are better for your health. You can also blend fruit with water, if you don't have a juicer or you can use coconut water too, I love it!
To make these gorgeous fruit popsicles you only have to fill the molds with fruit and juice. For the mold to easily loosen, rinse with lukewarm water.
If you or your children don't like fruit, you need to try this recipe because you're gonna love it! You can also use only fresh orange juice, there are endless possibilities!
If these popsicles are too bitter for you, you can add any sweetener, but try to use natural sweeteners instead of white sugar, it's so unhealthy and bad for your health.
I love simple recipes, you don't need to spend hours in the kitchen to enjoy delicious dishes. I can't believe you can make your own healthy fresh fruit popsicles in only 5 minutes, using 3 ingredients, it's amazing! You can eat them at any time, but they are the perfect snack, they have only 51 calories each. I couldn't live without ice creams and popsicles in summer, they refresh me so much, and they are so delicious!
