Finding good and non-expensive gluten-free flour isn't easy. But with this gluten-free flour blend, you won't have to worry about that again!

Have you ever had trouble finding good-quality gluten-free flour? I know I have, until I decided to make a gluten-free flour blend, and I haven't had to worry about that ever again!
It works just like all-purpose flour and it is perfect to use in any recipe that calls for flour, especially for baking. It only requires 5 minutes and 4 ingredients. I'm sure this gluten-free flour will be very useful to you!
How to make gluten-free flour blend
- Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
- Keep your gluten-free flour blend in an airtight container in a dry place. Shake the container before using it, in case the gluten-free flour has settled.
Ingredients and tips
- Brown rice flour: you could also use buckwheat flour instead, but keep in mind that it has a strong flavor.
- White rice flour: feel free to use any other white flour or starch, but this combo is my favorite one and it works amazingly well.
- Tapioca flour: using any other kind of gluten-free flour, white flour or starch is also a good option, but this combo works really well.
- Xanthan gum: it's okay if you don't add this ingredient to your gluten-free flour blend recipe, but I think this recipe works better if you add it to the blend.
Can I use it as a gluten-free all-purpose flour?
Of course! You can use this gluten-free flour as a gluten-free all-purpose flour in place of all-purpose or whole wheat flour in a 1:1 ratio. It works well in recipes like vegetable tempura, vegan donuts, or even vegan bread.
