We made a smoothie challenge a few months ago and you guys loved it, so here we are again, with a new challenge for you! The challenge starts on November 7 and ends on November 13 and we’re going to replace a meal (breakfast, lunch or dinner) with a delicious smoothie.
Smoothies are a great way to include more fruits and veggies in your diet, and today’s recipe is made with seasonal produce. Feel free to use any other fruits, leafy greens, seeds or ingredients you like. Smoothies are really easy to make and so delicious!

Ingredients
- 1 persimmon
- 1 orange
- 1 cup spinach (30 g)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup water (250 ml)
Instructions
- Place the persimmon, orange, spinach, chia seeds and water in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve and your smoothie is ready to drink. You can add some ice cubes if you prefer your smoothie cold. If you’re not used to have smoothies, you maybe want to add some plant milk instead of water and also some natural sweetener, I love dates.
