- You can use 2 apples instead of the oranges and ginger powder instead of the fresh ginger.

- 2 oranges
- 1 carrot
- 2 bananas
- 1-inch piece of ginger root (about 2 cm)
- 1 cups water (250 ml)
- Wash, peel and chop the ingredients.
- Place them in a powerful blender and blend until smooth.
