This detox juice is so good! I usually drink it first thing in the morning, especially if I feel bloated or I’ve eaten too much.

Ingredients

  • 2 oranges
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 1-inch piece of ginger root (about 2 cm)

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the ingredients.
  2. Put everything through the juicer.
  3. Strain the juice for a better texture (optional).
