Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp ground cumin
  • 2 tbsp ground coriander
  • 1 tbsp ground turmeric
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp mustard seed

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and process to a fine powder. 
  2. Use your curry powder immediately in recipes like vegetable curry, lentil curry, or chickpea curry, among others.
  3. Keep the leftovers in an airtight container in a dark, cool place for up to 1 year.
