If you're a chocoholic like me, you're gonna love this chocolate bark with hazelnuts and dried fruits. It's super easy to make and you only need chocolate, hazelnuts and dried fruits.

We live in the South of Spain and it's hot here, so the chocolate started to melt while we were taking photos (as you can see in the picture below), but we didn't care, the chocolate bark was delicious!

I usually eat dark chocolate (with a high cocoa content of at least 70%), but you can use your favorite. Dark chocolate  is much healthier, it's dairy free and has less sugar.

You can eat chocolate in moderation without fear of gaining weight, but it must be dark chocolate with a high cocoa content, with no additives, preservatives, colorings or unhealthy ingredients. If dark chocolate is too bitter for you, you can gradually increase the amount of cocoa content of the chocolate you eat.

I don't eat chocolate every day but I do very often. I love eating chocolate with dates or adding unsweetened cocoa powder to milk (I prefer almond milk) when I prepare oatmeal or smoothies.

You can use other kind of nuts and dried fruits. We've used hazelnuts and dried cherries and blueberries, but this chocolate bark is also delicious with almonds, walnuts, peanuts, raisins or dates. You can also add other ingredients, it's up to you.

To make this chocolate bark you only have to melt the chocolate, pour it onto a baking sheet (with baking paper) and add hazelnuts and dried fruits, easy peasy!

I love this recipe because you can add your favorite ingredients and you can make combinations you can't find in the supermarket. You can also give this chocolate bark as a gift to your loved ones, they will love it!

You can make many healthy, quick and easy desserts or sweets, such as this chocolate bark with hazelnuts and dried fruits. It's a delicious recipe, you don't need to use the oven and the ingredients are very affordable and if they're not in your country, you can use other nuts, fruits or the ingredients you want. You have to try it, it's crunchy, sweet, full of flavor and really tasty, but be careful if you're a chocoholic, it's so addictive!

To make this chocolate bark you only need 3 ingredients: chocolate, hazelnuts and dried fruits. It's delicious, healthy, cheap and so easy to make.

    Ingredients

    Scale
    • 7 ounces dark chocolate (200 grams)
    • ¼ cup hazelnuts (40 grams)
    • ¼ cup dried cranberries (45 grams)
    • ¼ cup dried cherries (45 grams)

    Instructions

    1. Chop the chocolate and place it in a bowl.
    2. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Stir regularly, removing from heat as needed. You need to keep the temperature under 115 ºF or 45 ºC or the chocolate will lose its temper.
    3. Pour the melted chocolate onto a baking sheet (with baking paper) and spread into an even layer.
    4. Add the hazelnuts and the dried fruits. Let dry at room temperature until set.

It looks so tempting. I cannot wait to make this one for my kids. And most of my ingredients that i bought is from online store. I recommend this online store that all their best products are mostly dried fruits and nuts and really best seller. If you have time, you can check this out:
