This banana blueberry smoothie is the perfect breakfast smoothie, but you can also have it for lunch or dinner. I love smoothies so much!

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup blueberries (150 g)
  • 1 cup spinach (30 g)
  • 1/4 cup oats (25 g)
  • 1 cup plant milk of your choice or water*

Instructions

  1. Place the banana, blueberries, spinach, oats and milk in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve and your smoothie is ready to drink. Feel free to add any natural sweetener, like dates or coconut sugar.

* We used oat milk.
