I just wanted to leave some feedback and thank you for sharing all your lovely vegan recipes. I am a vegetarian but very interested in vegan cooking. I don't know if I can go fully vegan but I am close. I think once I understand that I can still have my ice cream, chocolate, cheese etc. with the same taste I'm used to without dairy i will be well on my way. Keep the recipes coming!
