Ingredients

  • 1 cup water (250 milliliters)
  • 1 cup spinach (30 grams)
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 slice pineapple
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. You can add ice instead of water.
