Fork Over Knives is a documentary that is inspired by The China Study, so if you don’t like books or you’re really busy, you should watch it. It changed my life along with Earthlings and I’m a vegan now, I feel better than ever and so happy because I know in my heart is the right thing because I’m not hurting any animal, the planet or myself anymore.

Spiralizer Tri-Blade Vegetable Spiral Slicer. You can make hundreds of different healthy recipes using this machine, I use it every single week! These zucchini noodles with avocado sauce are so good, but you can also make salads, combine zoodles (zucchini noodles) with gluten-free pasta and get a more nutritious meal. My Kindle, my cell phone and my laptop are the three things I use the most. I read almost every day, so I used to accumulate dozens of books, but not any more because they’re inside my kindle now and it’s great for travelling. In addition, ebooks are cheaper than regular books.

Cuisinart Food Processor. A food processor is really useful to make healthy recipes. My favorite ones are this roasted red pepper hummus, these raw cacao bites and this amazing 2-ingredient banana chocolate ice-cream.
