Fall officially begins tomorrow, so today we want to share with you 10 of my favorite warm and cozy vegan recipes. I’m a summer person, but I’m trying to maintain a positive attitude, so I prefer to think that I have the opportunity to enjoy all the delicious fall produce and also amazing warm recipes that I couldn’t eat during summer, like hot drinks, soups, stews or baking goods, yay!

I am really looking forward to trying the Mexican Style Tomato Soup, Lentil Stew and Fabada! I eat beans/legumes all year, too!
