    Fresh fruits, nuts and seeds are great snacks to eat on the go, but if you prefer something cooked or just different, there are many delicious, simple recipes you can make. Hummus is my favorite one, I make it all the time and usually eat it with carrot crudites. I'm also obsessed with energy balls, especially when my body wants something sweet. Honestly, I couldn't tell you which one of these recipes I love the most, so you'll have to try them all! ?
